Support Team Update
Dear Clients
From Monday February 2nd we will be re-organising our administration functions and how our support team roles work. You may have got used to dealing with one Financial Executive (FE) who worked alongside your adviser but going forward each FE will have a specific role within the team. This means when you contact us or ask for us to do something you may be speaking to a different member of the team to what you have been used to. We believe that this will improve team co-ordination and make us more efficient.
